Based in Malaysia, this role will support Singtel's brand-new shared services center in Kuala Lumpur by managing data procurement and partner settlements. The executive oversees end-to-end service orders, coordinates vendor submissions, verifies invoices, and assists with payment reconciliation. The position also requires close alignment with cross-functional teams and international telecommunications partners to guarantee seamless operational delivery and cost efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process telecommunications service requests including new orders, renewals, and terminations
- Submit partner orders via dedicated portals and monitor vendor acknowledgments to ensure timely execution
- Validate partner invoices against internal records and coordinate with accounts payable teams for prompt payments
- Reconcile statement of accounts and investigate billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, order updates, and cost records across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with global partners and internal stakeholders while providing operational reporting and issue escalation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Prior experience in procurement operations, order processing, billing, or shared services is advantageous
- High attention to detail with proven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across international partners
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general office software
