Based in Malaysia, this role joins UOB Innovation Hub 2 to deliver comprehensive financial operations and analytical reporting across regional business initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee core accounting functions, ranging from transaction reconciliations and periodic closing to budgeting support and audit liaison. This opportunity offers extensive exposure within a leading banking group's rapidly expanding shared service center.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset records.
- Review transactions and documentation to guarantee compliance with Group and statutory policies.
- Oversee cost control, track variances against established budgets, and supply analytical insights.
- Execute day-to-day accounting routines and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
- Prepare timely management accounts, cash flow projections, and regulatory tax filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and authorities while contributing to process enhancements.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience across finance, audit, or accounting roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or professional accounting accreditation (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
- Prior background working inside a shared services or Global Business Services environment is preferred.
