Based in the Philippines, this hybrid role delivers crucial commercial and financial management services to support client accounts. The individual oversees contract profitability, leads budgeting and forecasting exercises, and coordinates month-end closing activities. Additionally, the position guides junior analysts and works closely with business leaders to safeguard compliance and maintain internal controls across engagements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver financial advisory, variance analysis, and reporting to maximize engagement profitability
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Handle forecasting, budgeting, and pricing reviews for ongoing and new business deals
- Oversee billing, collections, time tracking, and expense allocations for assigned accounts
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior finance analysts
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of broad finance and accounting background, excluding AP and OTC
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years handling profit and loss management
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff or readiness to lead a team of direct reports
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid legal authorization to live and work in the Philippines
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
