Based in Singapore, this role leads and governs the end-to-end delivery of product launches across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will manage a team of delivery professionals, ensuring alignment across business, operations, and technology stakeholders. Key focuses include maintaining delivery standards, mitigating operational risks, and driving post-launch operational excellence to achieve organizational objectives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end product launch execution and maintain governance across all delivery phases.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align on product scope, requirements, and viable solution designs.
- Oversee business requirement analysis, business rules definition, and functional specifications.
- Manage user acceptance testing strategies, test coverage quality, defect triage, and final sign-offs.
- Coordinate operational readiness, user training collateral, standard operating procedures, and post-launch support.
- Coach, mentor, and build high-performance capabilities within the product delivery team.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience within the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated background handling complex product rollouts and key stakeholder relationships.
- Strong track record in project governance, delivery ownership, and risk mitigation.
- Exceptional problem-solving, facilitation, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Educational background of GCE 'A' Levels, equivalent qualification, or relevant professional certification.
