Based in Malaysia, this role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, overseeing all recruitment needs from early career to experienced hiring. The position involves partnering with business and people leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with global objectives. This leader will also ensure a positive candidate experience and continuous process improvement.

- Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with priorities
- Tailor global vision and brand to specific geographic needs
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the talent acquisition team
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and continuous process improvement
- Manage compliance requirements and legal obligations for the region
- Oversee recruitment prioritization based on changing business needs
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in talent acquisition across various hiring levels
- Experience in a complex matrix organization, preferably CPG/FMCG manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
- Strong drive for results and customer service orientation
- Proficient in project and vendor management, with a focus on continuous improvement
