Based in Singapore, this role leads the creation and scaling of predictive Bio-AI architectures, integrated consumer analytics, and automated agent workflows at the local innovation center. You will translate biological data, research literature, and domain expertise into production-ready intelligence solutions that guide real-world lab experimentation. Additionally, you will establish robust machine learning operations, continuous integration pipelines, and validation frameworks to support discovery initiatives across regional research teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect multi-agent scientific systems for evidence gathering, hypothesis evaluation, and experiment planning.
- Construct RAG and Graph-RAG architectures utilizing scientific literature, biological databases, and internal repositories.
- Integrate AI agents with internal tooling, APIs, analytical dashboards, and simulation workflows.
- Partner with bioinformatics specialists and data engineers to convert scientific methodologies into automated pipelines.
- Formulate comprehensive testing systems to evaluate predictive accuracy, reasoning capability, and hallucination risks.
- Implement production MLOps practices, observability standards, versioning controls, and CI/CD pipelines.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Solid software engineering background in Python focused on deploying machine learning or AI models.
- Practical experience constructing and launching predictive algorithms, LLM tools, or agentic systems.
- Familiarity with tool invocation, workflow orchestration frameworks, and memory management for intelligent agents.
- Demonstrated ability to design robust evaluation benchmarks for machine learning and language models.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, API development, and automated deployment pipelines.
