Located in Malaysia, this role leads a critical delivery workstream within an enterprise Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform implementation for a major financial services client. The position guides cross-functional technical squads to turn complex banking requirements into scalable architecture, handling data modeling, identity profiles, and multi-channel activation. The lead oversees project governance, ensures compliance standards, and coordinates closely with executive stakeholders throughout the rollout.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide and execute the designated workstream in alignment with milestones, roadmap, and scope
- Design source-to-target data mappings, ingestion schedules, and enterprise data models
- Direct identity graph setups, profile merge policies, and audience segmentation mechanisms
- Coordinate integration between Adobe RTCDP and enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Enforce data governance, customer consent management, and strict regulatory compliance
- Mentor cross-functional consulting teams while reporting progress to client leaders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Around 8 to 12 years of MarTech or data transformation experience
- Minimum 5 years dedicated to Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP deliveries
- Proven track record completing full lifecycle implementations in the banking sector
- Solid hands-on background with XDM schemas, profile merges, and data modeling
- Experience orchestrating CRM integrations such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated ability managing delivery teams and engaging senior organizational stakeholders
