Based in Singapore, this leadership role within the Enterprise AI team guides the ethical deployment and operational governance of artificial intelligence across the bank. The specialist develops comprehensive risk frameworks, establishes technical guardrails, and ensures model compliance with international regulatory standards. The position also champions internal capability building, training business leaders and partnering with risk management teams to drive safe, innovative technology adoption.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and update organizational standards, playbooks, and guidelines for responsible AI adoption
- Partner with project teams to embed ethical AI principles and risk mitigation controls into solution designs
- Serve as the primary liaison between commercial units and risk management functions regarding AI initiatives
- Perform risk assessments on machine learning systems to detect and mitigate bias, hallucinations, and safety vulnerabilities
- Establish and lead an internal community of practice while facilitating organization-wide training on AI ethics
- Advocate for generative AI innovations and represent the organization in external industry and academic forums
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Ten to fifteen years of professional experience across AI, machine learning, technical product ownership, or model governance
- At least five years of practical background in model validation techniques and risk assessment
- Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI, large language models, algorithmic fairness, and explainability
- Familiarity with global regulatory landscapes and governance frameworks governing artificial intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Law, or a relevant technical discipline
