หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for various banking products.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch staff through coaching and performance evaluations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
- Monitor and manage the branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail banking, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
