Based in Singapore, this role drives project delivery across technology teams by integrating both Agile and waterfall practices. You will collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to clarify backlogs, manage dependencies, and swiftly eliminate project blockers. The role is pivotal in fostering continuous improvement and guiding cross-functional teams toward transparent and predictable outcomes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
- Identify, address, and remove blockers that impede team velocity and progress.
- Facilitate risk and dependency identification while managing escalation processes.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and continuous workflow improvement.
- Monitor and present sprint metrics, health indicators, and progress toward strategic milestones.
- Encourage an adaptable team culture focused on experimentation, empathy, and constructive reflection.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Solid foundation in Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles, and practices.
- Demonstrated capability in managing sprint execution, burndown charts, and flow metrics.
- Strong track record in resolving impediments and tracking cross-functional dependencies.
- High proficiency in tracking agile analytics like cycle time, lead time, and throughput.
- Outstanding communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder influence skills.
