Based in Singapore, this role drives the vision and operations of Singtel's flagship FutureNow Innovation Centre. You will translate enterprise technologies into compelling customer journeys and interactive demonstrations for executive visitors and strategic clients. Additionally, you will support the design and launch of the next-generation innovation facility while overseeing daily centre activities and stakeholder collaborations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and refresh technology showcases covering AI, 5G, edge computing, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Develop tailored executive agendas, presentations, and interactive walkthroughs for visiting C-suite clients and delegations.
- Host visiting stakeholders and coordinate follow-up business opportunities with sales and account teams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including visitor management, scheduling, AV/IT readiness, and vendor logistics.
- Contribute to the experience design, spatial storytelling, and delivery of the new innovation centre development.
- Collaborate with technology ecosystem partners to create impactful enterprise use cases and demonstration assets.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer experience centers, corporate showcases, or technology exhibitions.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex digital solutions to executive audiences.
- Proven project management capabilities coordinating cross-functional teams, architects, and technical vendors.
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination capabilities.
