- Deliver strategic and operational transformation programs across capital markets and wealth management
- Direct end-to-end consulting engagements spanning solution development, implementation, and change management
- Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers
- Guide and coach junior team colleagues to foster professional growth and collaboration
- Analyze operational functions across front, middle, and back offices to recommend optimizations
- Introduce modern digital methodologies and monitor market movements to provide forward-looking guidance
