Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents across Microsoft infrastructure and related systems. The successful candidate will oversee identity management, deploy access policies, and safeguard systems using modern security and compliance tools. This position is ideal for an IT operations professional who excels in proactive system monitoring, incident response, and delivering exceptional customer support.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and remediate incidents involving Microsoft systems and compute environments
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Conditional Access policies
- Manage foundational Windows Server services including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Deploy and supervise Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention safeguards
- Analyze email security threats and execute anti-phishing incident responses
- Communicate technical updates and deliver prompt resolutions directly to clients
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT operational support
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructures
- Practical expertise with Microsoft Defender XDR and Purview DLP solutions
- Background in administering Microsoft Entra, M365, MFA, and access controls
- Experience working within an IT services provider or large enterprise setting
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field is desirable
