Based in Malaysia, this role involves ensuring the health and availability of production applications within the banking sector. The engineer will investigate and resolve production issues, respond to user queries, and perform proactive system checks. This position requires close monitoring of applications across multiple countries and adherence to service level agreements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production incidents promptly, aiming for first call resolution.
- Manage user inquiries and identify broader issues or defects.
- Execute daily proactive system checks for applications.
- Monitor special events and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain incident and task standard operating procedures.
- Analyze and conduct service reviews for application groups.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of production support experience in banking or financial services.
- Willingness to work a 24x5 shift model onsite.
- Ability to adapt to various technologies and environments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
