Based in Malaysia, this role involves overseeing the strategy, governance, and evolution of financial systems, primarily SAP S4HANA, across the Singtel group. The Senior Solution Designer will collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing project delivery, ensuring system scalability, and governing architecture to maintain operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Establish and manage an IT project portfolio aligned with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Develop a 3-year roadmap for financial systems across the Singtel group.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to build trust and provide expert recommendations.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget with measurable benefits.
- Ensure systems and services meet agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Manage outsourced Application Managed Services (AMS) teams for L2 support.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with core SAP FICO modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PS, Credit Management).
- Strong project management skills for leading complex initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing SAP teams (e.g., AMS teams).
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation, ideally from a consulting background.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.
