Based in Singapore, this leadership role directs strategic sourcing and category management across cloud computing, AI platforms, and technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will drive cost optimisation, head commercial negotiations, and nurture collaborative partnerships with key vendors. Additionally, the position guides the procurement team to ensure strong governance, process excellence, and measurable commercial value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing and category strategies for enterprise platforms, cloud, and telecommunications services.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and execute complex tenders to achieve commercial efficiencies.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with critical vendors and monitor their operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with group procurement governance, policies, and procedural standards.
- Utilize data analytics and spend evaluation to uncover cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
- Manage and develop the Digital InfraCo procurement team through coaching and goal setting.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or tech category management.
- Proven record of managing high-value negotiations and executing complex sourcing projects.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms, ICT products, or telecom infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic supplier management and performance oversight.
- Knowledge of procurement governance standards and best practices.
