Based in Singapore, this senior role leads strategic direction and partnership management for DBS Foundation's Providing Essential Needs initiative. The appointed professional will examine social challenges across Asia, engage with regional partners, and co-develop transformative community programs. In addition, the role tracks measurable social impact, produces thorough portfolio reviews, and connects foundation projects with wider banking capabilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide portfolio priorities by researching regional social trends and assessing critical community gaps across Asia.
- Originate, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with public agencies, social enterprises, and community groups.
- Oversee programs throughout their lifecycle from concept and design to implementation and impact assessment.
- Establish impact measurement metrics, track quantitative and qualitative data, and monitor performance progress.
- Produce comprehensive portfolio reports detailing milestones, partner perspectives, challenges, and key learnings.
- Collaborate with diverse bank teams to embed internal resources and expertise into community initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience managing community programs, regional interventions, or impact reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in building multi-sector partnerships and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Background working within a corporate foundation or social sector ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities in conducting social research and translating findings into strategic models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Purpose-oriented mindset committed to uplifting underserved and vulnerable populations.
