Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role guides functional business analysis and strategic transformation across the bank's trade finance and supplier financing operations. You will connect business, technology, and operations teams to deliver digital initiatives, straight-through processing, and advanced automation. The position spearheads complex enterprise programmes while establishing rigorous analysis frameworks and mentoring high-performing analyst teams across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide business analysis for enterprise-scale trade finance and supplier financing change initiatives from discovery through rollout.
- Translate business strategy into target capabilities, future-state architecture, and practical digital transformation roadmaps.
- Direct functional analysis across trade products including letters of credit, guarantees, collections, and supply chain finance.
- Oversee requirement engineering and create detailed documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and end-to-end process flows.
- Optimize customer journeys and operational workflows to achieve straight-through processing and robust transaction controls.
- Mentor and develop business analysts while driving consistent practice standards, frameworks, and quality benchmarks.

- Extensive background in business analysis, product management, or transformation within transaction banking or trade finance.
- Demonstrated success delivering large enterprise implementations across trade finance or supplier financing systems.
- Deep functional expertise in core trade products, trade digitization, and supply chain financing solutions.
- Strong track record managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
- Proven leadership abilities in coaching, developing, and supervising teams of business analysts.
