Based in Malaysia, this role strengthens governance, risk, and control environments within insurance operations. The manager oversees audit engagements, regulatory compliance, and incident management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This position involves providing risk and regulatory advice to operational teams and embedding sustainable governance practices in line with group standards and local regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits for insurance operations.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and advise operational teams on compliance.
- Manage operational incidents from identification to root cause analysis and closure.
- Facilitate and review risk and control self-assessments for operational processes.
- Conduct read-across reviews to identify common control gaps across departments.
- Prepare accurate governance reports and dashboards for senior management.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, or Insurance.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations governance.
- Professional certifications like CIA or ICA advanced regulatory compliance are a plus.
