Based in Singapore, this leadership role oversees commercial leasing strategies and tenant engagement across premier corporate real estate assets including UOB Plaza. The appointed executive will spearhead occupancy growth, conduct high-stakes lease negotiations, and maintain vital relationships with corporate occupiers. The position also drives community initiatives to position properties as prime commercial destinations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across commercial assets.
- Lead lease negotiations, contractual renewals, expansions, and terminations with corporate occupiers and brokers.
- Direct proactive tenant retention programs and serve as the main escalation contact for major accounts.
- Perform market intelligence, rental benchmarking, and financial evaluations for executive approval.
- Create tenant engagement frameworks including networking initiatives, wellness programs, and community events.
- Manage portfolio reporting, compliance dashboards, and operational leasing governance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in commercial office leasing and corporate real estate management.
- Demonstrated success in high-value lease negotiations and commercial deal structuring.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore central business district office property market.
- Proven leadership abilities with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
