Based in Singapore, this role is within the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre, focusing on ensuring smooth implementation of technology and process changes across various banking operations. The position primarily involves User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness for Cash Management and Payments initiatives. You will apply strong knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, and end-to-end payment processing flows to drive testing, provide expertise, and support training.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive UAT test cases, ensuring full coverage and traceability for payment systems.
- Manage defect lifecycle, participate in retesting, and provide go/no-go input based on operational readiness.
- Provide expert knowledge in Cash Operations, cross-border payments, and related operational workflows.
- Validate SWIFT messages, payment mapping, and ensure compliance with market standards.
- Deliver operational readiness support, conduct training for new functionalities, and provide post-implementation assistance.
- Prepare and submit management reports as part of the Bank’s Software Development Framework.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 12 years in financial institutions, specifically Cash Management or Payments Operations.
- Strong understanding of SWIFT standards (MT & MX), ISO 20022, CBPR+, and payment flows.
- Solid experience in testing or test management, including UAT planning and defect governance.
- Proficient with TOSCA or similar enterprise testing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with excellent communication.
