Based in Indonesia, this role involves overseeing and processing syndicated loan agency transactions, ensuring timely settlements and communication with clients. The position supports team development and ensures all agency activities, from onboarding to termination, comply with agreements and internal guidelines. It also focuses on minimizing errors and facilitating smooth system enhancements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise and process agency client transactions, ensuring timely settlements and client communication
- Support team members' growth in knowledge and confidence
- Monitor lenders and borrowers for administrative details post-agreement
- Oversee the creation of facility details in Finacle
- Ensure completion of all conditions (precedent and subsequent)
- Monitor utilization requests, rate fixing, and fee collection
