The Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all transactions, managing cash processes, and detecting counterfeit currency. This position also requires supporting compliance with anti-money laundering policies and contributing to cross-selling bank products.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide cash and non-cash financial transaction services to customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Perform daily teller opening and closing procedures.
- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of all customer transactions.
- Ensure correct cash counting processes and detect counterfeit money.
- Report cash discrepancies immediately and prepare necessary documentation.
- Support compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations.
