Based in Singapore, this front-of-house role delivers premium concierge and hospitality services to senior executives and distinguished visitors. You will manage daily meeting suite operations, oversee guest arrivals, coordinate catering arrangements, and address ad-hoc administrative requests. Serving as a brand ambassador, you will ensure seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of professionalism across executive suites.

- Welcome, escort, and host senior leadership and external guests throughout their appointments
- Oversee executive meeting room bookings, layout preparation, and essential audio-visual setup
- Handle food and beverage services while maintaining strict hygiene and quality protocols
- Supervise pantry stock levels, office amenities, and routine facility checkups
- Collaborate closely with executive assistants and facilities teams for event and visit logistics
- Manage confidential mail, courier deliveries, and basic administrative requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Previous background in luxury hospitality, premium aviation, corporate concierge, or VIP guest relations
- Demonstrated experience of around two to four years in upscale customer service settings
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for senior executive interactions
- Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant food safety and hygiene accreditation
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
- Familiarity with digital booking platforms and standard office productivity applications
