Based in Indonesia, this role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for professional positions across assigned business segments at UOB. The specialist contributes directly to shaping and executing effective hiring strategies alongside talent frameworks. Additionally, the position partners closely with department leadership and human resources teams to build strong talent pipelines and support organizational succession planning.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle talent sourcing and selection for professional roles within designated departments
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
- Support the creation and rollout of strategic talent acquisition initiatives
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines to meet immediate and future recruitment demands
- Assist with succession planning assessments and organizational talent management projects
