Based in Malaysia, this role involves developing and maintaining the data governance and privacy framework across all business areas, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will define the operating model, drive data quality, and oversee privacy compliance activities. This position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to embed data governance and privacy-by-design controls into projects and digital initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data governance and privacy frameworks, including policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant data protection regulations.
- Define and operationalize the data governance operating model and coordinate council meetings.
- Drive data quality management by setting standards and monitoring metrics.
- Maintain enterprise data inventory, catalog, and dictionary.
- Oversee privacy compliance, including impact assessments and incident response.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Risk Management, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in data governance, privacy, or regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise data governance and privacy frameworks.
- Strong practical experience with privacy impact assessments and incident management.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across various functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
