Based in the Philippines, this operational role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance schedules to sustain plant uptime and reduce equipment stoppages. You will oversee resource allocations, inventory orders, and computerized work orders to ensure technicians can execute tasks seamlessly. Collaborating across manufacturing and engineering teams, you will track reliability metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Optimize maintenance schedules using digital management systems to reduce machinery downtime
- Generate purchase requisitions for mechanical spares, consumables, and external services via SAP and Coupa
- Coordinate shutdown activities and negotiate operational downtime with production supervisors
- Reserve required storeroom inventory and procure non-stock supplies for planned interventions
- Track core performance indicators including MTBF, MTTR, tag statuses, and work order completion rates
- Ensure all maintenance tasks align with plant safety protocols, quality guidelines, and environmental standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Minimum of two to three years of maintenance planning or project experience within manufacturing
- Strong foundation in preventive and predictive maintenance methodology
- Proficiency using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP or digital maintenance tools
- Demonstrated capability to estimate spare parts, required tooling, and labor hours for overhaul procedures
- Willingness to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in General Trias, Cavite
