Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role involves heading Singtel's AI-Ready Data & Harness Engineering pillar. The successful candidate will define strategy, build capabilities, and lead a team to design, develop, and maintain AI-ready data products, knowledge assets, and retrieval systems. This position is critical for creating a foundational AI data layer that drives efficiency and value across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI-Ready Data & Harness Engineering strategy and technical roadmap for Singtel SG.
- Act as a CXO-1 technology leader, influencing key decisions on AI data investments and architecture.
- Translate enterprise AI goals into reusable data products, knowledge assets, and delivery playbooks.
- Lead and develop a high-caliber team across various data and AI engineering functions.
- Manage the portfolio of reusable AI-ready data products for all business units.
- Oversee knowledge engineering, ontology, and semantic layers for enterprise intelligence.

- Deep-tech, hands-on AI/data engineering leadership experience.
- Ability to build and coach high-calibre data product and AI engineering teams.
- Experience in product ownership, reusable design, and engineering depth.
- Proficiency in data quality, governance-by-design, and production reliability.
- Skilled in defining productization standards for data domains and APIs.
- Expertise in knowledge engineering, ontology, and semantic layers.
