Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on supporting the operational reliability and ongoing maintenance of a mission-critical IP VPN backbone network. You will be responsible for resolving technical network incidents, executing system upgrades, and driving infrastructure expansion initiatives. The position collaborates with cross-functional technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and high network availability.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver operational troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for the IP VPN backbone infrastructure.
- Monitor network capacity and performance while applying proactive reliability enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve network faults across MPLS and IP VPN environments to meet SLAs.
- Plan and carry out hardware and software upgrade cycles across network devices.
- Coordinate network equipment installations, software deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Generate technical documentation, performance reports, and operational metrics for reviews.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Around 5 years of professional experience in IP networking or network operations.
- Proficient understanding of core network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise router and switch architectures and operational maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex network environments.
- Effective interpersonal and cross-functional communication abilities.
