Based in Singapore, this role focuses on driving customer success, technical enablement, and user outreach across the enterprise Data Platform. The successful candidate will spearhead adoption campaigns, deliver comprehensive onboarding initiatives, and craft clear technical communications for diverse internal user groups. You will also analyze adoption metrics and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to continuously elevate the customer journey.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and engagement programs to boost enterprise adoption and proficiency of data platform tools.
- Oversee end-to-end customer communications for platform updates, maintenance notices, and major feature rollouts.
- Design onboarding frameworks, learning sessions, and workshops to support continuous user enablement.
- Foster internal user communities through knowledge-sharing forums, roadshows, and interactive showcases.
- Gather customer feedback and analyze usage data to produce actionable recommendations and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, and operational teams to achieve adoption targets.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in customer success, user enablement, change management, or tech communications.
- Demonstrated capability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across engineering, product, and leadership groups.
- Superior communication abilities to simplify complex technical ideas into accessible content.
- Proficiency in data analysis and practical skills with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
