Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on executing end-to-end Order to Cash activities with high quality and accuracy. The analyst will handle order entry, invoicing, and billing while addressing cross-functional queries across sales and finance teams. Working on a night shift schedule in Quezon City, the position plays an essential part in supporting month-end closing and enhancing process efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end Order to Cash procedures including order submission, invoicing, and billing.
- Ensure order information is accurate and complete before advancing transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and oversee overall order processing workflows.
- Resolve billing inconsistencies, process credit rebills, and handle cross-functional inquiries within SLAs.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to reconcile complex order discrepancies.
- Identify workflow improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and accuracy.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience handling Order to Cash, specifically Order Management or Billing.
- Existing legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
- Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule.
