Based in Singapore, this role supports the Group Alternative Investments team in driving thorough evaluation and ongoing supervision of private market strategies. The appointed professional will lead due diligence initiatives across private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate while collaborating with key external and internal partners. Additionally, you will monitor portfolio metrics, evaluate risk profiles, and enhance operational frameworks to uphold institutional governance standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate private market opportunities spanning private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
- Analyze investment materials, legal contracts, and due diligence documentation to evaluate risk and strategic fit.
- Engage with external asset managers, advisers, and internal partners throughout the vetting cycle.
- Coordinate and monitor operational, legal, tax, and specialized due diligence tracks to resolve critical issues.
- Track ongoing portfolio health, assess performance metrics, and prepare executive management reporting.
- Refine existing governance structures, data repositories, and monitoring mechanisms for continuous operational efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant background in private markets investing or due diligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of private equity, private debt, infrastructure, or real estate assets.
- Knowledge of transaction-level operational, legal, and tax diligence procedures.
- Strong analytical capability to assess intricate investment scenarios and synthesize data.
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities.
