- Ensure alignment with Group compliance frameworks and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for distribution channels and monitor representative activities.
- Analyze customer complaints and investigations related to market misconduct.
- Review third-party product training and marketing materials for compliance.
- Ensure distribution agreements comply with regulations and company policies.
- Oversee internal and external outsourcing activities for compliance.
