Based in Malaysia, this role oversees strategic sourcing and end-to-end purchasing operations across various organizational categories. The selected candidate will drive commercial savings, maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize supplier relationship frameworks. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, the role ensures procurement initiatives meet organizational governance while delivering maximum commercial value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle procurement activities across diverse categories like IT, marketing, and corporate services
- Evaluate and pre-qualify vendors to ensure technical capability, financial viability, and regulatory alignment
- Conduct commercial contract reviews and spearhead negotiations to realize expense reduction targets
- Coordinate with risk management teams to enforce third-party due diligence and ESG requirements
- Analyze organizational spending trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities and present tender proposals
- Maintain and streamline procurement systems, governance processes, and purchase order lifecycles
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
- Demonstrated contract negotiation, pricing benchmarking, and influencing abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational capabilities
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
