Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing and supporting mobile banking applications in a production environment, focusing on L3 fixes, analysis, design, and implementation. The Senior Android Developer will provide technical leadership for their squad, ensuring adherence to standards and facilitating agile processes. This position requires close collaboration with digital banking leads and active participation in improvement initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and support mobile banking applications in production
- Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to standards
- Remove impediments and blockers for the development squad
- Act as a focal point for technical resolutions and incident management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage work within the squad
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product owners
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 6 years in software development, preferably in digital banking or mobile development
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience leading teams of 6-8 people
- Familiarity with Agile processes and practices, including Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of Retail, Digital, or Internet Banking domains
- Strong communication and organizational skills
