Based in Singapore, this senior role leads large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives across retail credit and lending products. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, risk units, and technology teams to translate high-level strategies into robust system implementations. The position oversees credit origination, decisioning engines, and portfolio management workflows while maintaining project governance, scope, and budget targets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle technology and business transformation projects from planning through post-implementation support
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, workflow designs, and system architectures
- Design end-to-end retail credit management flows, onboarding experiences, and risk portfolio processes
- Track project milestones, financial budgets, resourcing, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and decision-making processes across business, risk, technology, and operations teams
- Supervise and mentor a compact project and functional analysis team
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over a decade of banking experience specializing in retail credit products and credit cards
- At least 5 years of domain depth in underwriting, credit decisioning, collections, and risk portfolio management
- At least 5 years of successful delivery of complex banking or credit technology implementations
- Strong knowledge of credit bureau reporting, risk scorecards, and segmentation frameworks
- Comprehensive familiarity with credit engines, decision rules, and enterprise system architectures
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent stakeholder communication skills
