Based in Singapore, this role sits within Group Finance and reports to the Chief Financial Officer to represent the bank's investment thesis to equity and fixed income communities. The candidate will coordinate investor engagements, provide strategic capital market insights, and support corporate disclosures. It offers an opportunity to collaborate with executive leadership and shape institutional investor perception.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial market players
- Organize and manage roadshows, investor conferences, and executive briefing sessions across key regional markets
- Track shareholder ownership movements, market feedback, and shifts in investor sentiment
- Prepare quarterly earnings disclosures, investor presentations, scripts, and key management messaging
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and peer valuation analysis against regional and international banking institutions
- Deliver regular market feedback reports and capital market intelligence updates to leadership
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant background in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Strong grasp of banking industry financial statements, capital metrics, and balance sheet management
- Hands-on financial modeling and valuation capabilities with deep knowledge of capital markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial platforms such as Bloomberg
- Professional credentials such as a CFA charter or accounting qualification are advantageous
