Based in Singapore, this role supports technology transformation initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier management. The specialist will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, negotiate contracts, and foster relationships with technology suppliers. This position involves driving commercial value, ensuring compliance, and optimizing procurement processes within a fast-paced environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage all sourcing activities for technology initiatives, including RFPs and contract execution.
- Negotiate technology contracts and outsourcing agreements with internal partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key technology suppliers.
- Collaborate with GTO stakeholders on sourcing strategies and market analysis.
- Implement category management and procurement initiatives.
- Advise on procurement governance, risk, and policy compliance.
- Handle multiple sourcing engagements simultaneously.
- Identify improvements for sourcing processes and supplier performance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 10 years in technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
- Proven experience with technology RFPs and commercial negotiations.
- Solid understanding of technology contracts and supplier governance.
- Experience in banking or a regulated financial services environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (tech, business, legal, risk, finance).
- Strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
