Based in Indonesia, this role is responsible for managing protective services across the ASEAN region, focusing on incident and crisis management, physical security, and compliance. The manager will conduct risk assessments, prevent workplace violence, and oversee travel security, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration within a complex corporate environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Promote security culture and awareness within the organization.
- Implement security strategies, plans, and controls, applying risk management knowledge.
- Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams, vendors, law enforcement, and government agencies.
- Manage incident notifications and security assessments, disseminating information to leadership.
- Support employees affected by security incidents and assist with intelligence gathering.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant security experience in private, government, or security forces.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate security functions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, be on-call 24/7, and travel up to 25%.
