Based in Singapore, this position within the Consumer Banking Group focuses on driving client servicing transformations and key strategic initiatives for Private Banking and Treasures Private Client. You will work closely with Journey Owners and operational squads to reengineer processes across the wealth management lifecycle. The role demands bridging business priorities with technology teams to achieve seamless digital workflows.

- Execute the strategic transformation roadmap for private banking servicing journeys alongside Journey Owners
- Bridge communication between business units and platform squads to fulfill operational requirements
- Pinpoint operational frictions, minimize manual tasks, and introduce automated solutions to boost efficiency
- Oversee comprehensive process enhancements spanning pre-trade, post-trade, and payment operations
- Track operational dashboards and key metrics to measure user adoption and realized business value
- Help senior management convert strategic business objectives into workable operational initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in business transformation, process optimization, or COO roles within wealth management
- Deep operational knowledge across retail banking, trade workflows, and payment procedures
- Solid experience in journey redesign, process reengineering, and driving broad user adoption
- Strong problem-solving capability to analyze complex operations and map scalable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse business leaders
- Capacity to navigate fast-paced environments while leading several strategic initiatives concurrently
