Based in Singapore, this senior leadership position steers network cybersecurity strategy and engineering across the Singtel Group and its regional entities. You will establish group-wide security architecture principles, guide adoption across diverse network domains, and assess modern innovations like AI and next-generation connectivity. The position plays a critical role in strengthening telecom infrastructure resilience and fostering alignment among distributed technical teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and drive group-wide telecommunications network cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.
- Govern network security architecture across access, core, transport, edge, and cloud domains.
- Evaluate security implications of emerging telecom technologies, including next-gen networks and AI.
- Lead cross-regional communities of practice to cultivate cybersecurity knowledge sharing and risk mitigation.
- Provide executive-level guidance and translate complex technical matters into clear recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between group governance, operational demands, and regional regulatory mandates.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of telecom network experience with deep carrier-grade cybersecurity expertise.
- Demonstrated technical leadership or enterprise architecture background within telecommunications.
- Proven history applying standards like 3GPP, ETSI, NIST, or ISO into practical security controls.
- Strong proficiency in network segmentation, cloud-native environments, signaling security, and zero trust.
- Extensive experience influencing stakeholders across matrixed, multinational organizations.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
