Based in Singapore, this role involves leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Innovation Group. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end program delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. This position requires a seasoned leader who can navigate ambiguity and leverage emerging technologies for business transformation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead full program delivery for innovation and emerging technology initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and manage interdependencies
- Facilitate discussions on data, design, and solutions with various teams and vendors
- Direct project teams to achieve objectives within scope, time, and budget
- Establish and enforce project governance, including scope change assessment
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years managing complex projects in large, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and data products
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
