You will partner with senior executives to design value stream maps, target operating models, and innovative automation frameworks using Lean Six Sigma practices. The position empowers organizations to optimize workflows, deploy AI-driven automation, and achieve measurable business improvements at scale.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead process transformation projects within the software and platform industry domain.
- Partner with client leadership to design target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Construct end-to-end value stream maps and customer journey blueprints to uncover improvement areas.
- Implement intelligent automation and cognitive AI strategies to streamline business operations.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and establish frameworks for process intelligence and data mining.
- Deliver innovative operational solutions through collaborative prototyping and demonstration sessions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of background in operational transformation, management consulting, or digital change.
- Proven track record executing operational excellence initiatives alongside senior executive stakeholders.
- Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
- Practical expertise utilizing Minitab for statistical analysis and continuous process improvement.
