The position involves collaborating with regional platform teams and designing end-to-end technical frameworks for local solutions and integrations. This leader will guide software engineering efforts, analyze technology trends, and establish development standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team for policy servicing applications
- Provide expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and technology delivery
- Analyze technology trends and company's current state for future convergence
- Document requirements for proposed updates and establish departmental contributions
- Manage project technical challenges, risks, time, resources, and scope
- Design and lead internal development for mobile or web applications
