Based in Malaysia, this role supports the company's growth by contributing to innovative product development and pricing within the takaful framework. The position involves maintaining pricing models, ensuring financial integrity, and guiding junior team members. This individual will also support timely and compliant product launches while adhering to strict regulatory and internal standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide junior team members and transition into leadership responsibilities
- Contribute to product development and pricing, ensuring profitability and competitiveness
- Maintain comprehensive pricing models consistent with takaful framework and financial targets
- Provide actuarial expertise to support product launches
- Support optimal re-takaful arrangements for risk management and cost efficiency
- Uphold organizational integrity, core values, and professional conduct
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in pricing or valuation
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Good progress in actuarial professional examinations (IOA/IOAA/SOA)
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, VBA)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
