Based in Singapore, this role oversees the end-to-end execution of major Internet network infrastructure initiatives across domestic and overseas sites. The specialist will orchestrate data centre expansions, infrastructure modernisation, and critical service migration programmes. Key objectives include driving project governance, tracking budgets, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resilient telecommunications systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end rollout of major internet network infrastructure, data centre expansions, and PoP deployments
- Develop implementation roadmaps, milestone schedules, resource allocations, and project budgets
- Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, operations, security, procurement, and third-party vendors
- Establish robust governance frameworks, risk registers, mitigation plans, and reporting dashboards
- Review implementation procedures, change management requests, and operational handover criteria
- Oversee network hardware and software lifecycles, security patching, and vulnerability reduction efforts
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale telecommunications or data centre infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated background directing complex network migration and technology refresh initiatives
- Extensive experience handling project governance, financial budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities
- Track record managing multiple fast-paced technical programmes simultaneously
