Based in Vietnam, this role drives capital project execution and manufacturing capability across Southeast Asia plants. The successful candidate will spearhead engineering initiatives, capital expenditure budgets, and supply chain simplification strategies to support ongoing business growth. Working with cross-functional teams, you will establish manufacturing roadmaps, optimize plant operations, and maintain rigorous standards for safety and quality.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver capital investment projects and technical engineering solutions across regional sites.
- Manage capital budgets, cash flow projections, and cost-effectiveness through supply chain de-complexity and simplification.
- Establish manufacturing roadmaps to optimize asset bases, infrastructure, and sourcing options.
- Drive the change management agenda and execute regional manufacturing strategies in partnership with business leadership.
- Coach and enhance the technical and change management capabilities of plant teams and key stakeholders.
- Foster cross-functional cooperation between manufacturing, research and development, and quality teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 7 years of engineering or project management experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
- Proven capability to negotiate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, plant operations, and benchmarking exercises.
- Senior-level technical competence across engineering and supply chain disciplines.
