Based in Singapore, this role involves driving AI/ML model development and insights discovery within Singtel's new AIDA business unit, focusing on marketing applications. You will lead initiatives to personalize and scale telco offerings, developing predictive models for customer behavior and optimizing operations. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer insights and unlock new revenue streams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML initiatives for Singtel's product and service offerings, collaborating with marketing and product teams.
- Design, build, and deploy analytical models for intelligent decision-making in customer journeys.
- Analyze customer behavioral data across services to uncover actionable insights and inform segmentation.
- Enable robust data exploration and experimentation for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and ensure high code quality.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Strong skills in data manipulation (SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, Databricks) and visualization (Power BI).
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices and version control tools.
