Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting the product delivery function within the New Business/Policy Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, defect-free, and highly automated rollout of new products. This includes collaborating with project workgroups, defining business requirements, and overseeing user acceptance testing to achieve operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Represent the New Business/Policy Services team in project meetings for new product rollouts.
- Understand new product features and ensure their operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements.
- Work with technology teams on UAT test plans, review, and sign-off.
- Conduct training for New Business/Policy Services teams on new products.
- Monitor post-implementation progress and document business rules.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Knowledge of Life, ILP, and term insurance plans.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with New Business/Policy Services functions.
- Experience in product development or implementation processes.
- Experience with digital submission processes.
- Proficient in MS Office.
