Based in Malaysia, this leadership role drives internal communications, transformation efforts, and employee engagement across the newly launched shared services centre. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to implement strategic communication plans, shape corporate culture, and champion employer branding initiatives. Additionally, the position oversees change management programmes and community initiatives to keep teams aligned and engaged with broader organizational goals.

- Formulate and deliver annual internal communication, change management, and employee engagement roadmaps.
- Partner with site leadership to establish consistent organizational messaging, governance, and communication calendars.
- Produce compelling content across multiple digital channels, including executive updates, newsletters, and town hall presentations.
- Boost employer branding and talent attraction in collaboration with recruitment and HR teams.
- Guide organizational change initiatives, crisis communication plans, and corporate social responsibility efforts.
- Monitor the communications budget and deliver progress reports to global business services leadership.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 to 10 years of professional background in corporate communications, change management, or employee engagement.
- Background working in a global business services (GBS), shared services, or multinational corporation setting.
- Demonstrated capability in designing strategic communications that facilitate business transformation.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's, or Bridges models.
